You can feel a deeper authenticity when you reduce, even a tiny bit — the mental clutter that is distracting. There is greater clarity and you make better decisions because your focus improves as you beam in on what really matters.

The RACGP reports that “A chronically cluttered home environment can lead to a constant low-grade fight or flight response, taxing our resources designed for survival.”

This ‘home environment’ can be on the inside with similar reactions. A lack of tidyness can be a mirror to a stressful mind and a feeling of emotional overwhelm.

It can all turn around with a return to wellbeing, a restful body, and an alignment with love. With these big 3 as a foundation, anything in life you wish is possible.

Start with your emotions

Notice throughout the day when you are blaming others, or feeling guilty: “You always decide how you’re going to feel. If you’re not careful you’ll fall into the negative habit pattern of blaming the other person, and blame is the core of all negative emotions,” says Motivational Speaker, Brian Tracy.

Relaxation of your body reduces mental turmoil
