Forgiveness Reinterprets Everything And Transforms Your Life. Hand It All Over To A Higher Source And Step Into Complete Freedom.
The Joy Of Clarity Is Worth The Effort
I admit I have regrets about quitting a lot of good career opportunities through the years. If there was some discomfort, fatigue, or inconvenience, I stopped doing it and chose an easier life.
The day came when the interesting jobs demanded commitment and attention and were hard to get. By then, easy living had grown tiresome. I found purpose and meaning far more appealing, even a necessity.
One day not long ago, I noticed time was moving faster but it was inside my mind. The older I get the more rushed I feel, like time is running out and I need to produce something. The answer seemed to be staying busy, piling on tasks and achievements.
I hurried through the shower, the dishes, the phone calls. I even hurried on my walks and at the gym. When my mind was hurrying me through yoga I knew I had lost my way.
I needed to forgive myself so I could become mindful again.
The timeless advice of Socrates, “To know thyself is the beginning of wisdom” drives me inward. Meditation has been key.
