Say the word, ‘love,’ a thousand times a day if needed. Just stay in the love frequency, the only place that is real. Stay in that space, and you will see the life you want, and that reaches you deeply. You will be with the people who fill you with good feelings, and you will be on the right path for work. Inspiration will give you motivation to learn, and you will build and develop skills in what connects to your innate talents.

There is so much to choose from in this world, and so many feelings that are good and bad, so many thoughts that are positive and negative, and so much that pulls our attention to what is uplifting, or a complete waste of good energy.

There is only one choice to make and that is of love.

Temptations occur throughout the day every day to default to old feelings that keep you tied to the past, like resentment toward a person, or a constant negative perspective of your situation. You might obsess over a vision for a future that never quite works out, leaving you feeling unworthy or disappointed. You might try and try, and nothing works out.

Love is to the rescue. It is the only place to go. Real simple. Just say the word in your mind instead of letting your thoughts dictate your inner dialogue. Return to the present moment and simply recite the word, ‘love.’ It will…
