  • Thought stacking — when you think negatively you magnify. Instead of validating the negative thoughts, and stacking them, identify them and stop the process right then.

It’s not that hard. Simply go neutral. Don’t think at all. Divert your attention by listening to the fan in the room, taste the coffee. In other words, break the spell and stop stacking. You build some credit in a new direction..

When you’re in a bad spot think neutral. Breathe. You bounce back quickly. You build self-trust.

Each day becomes a brand new experience built on health and healing, fitness and endurance, and a return to proper structure. Do thought stacking in a positive way and create magic.
