Slow jogging is the new rage, and when I started two weeks ago, I was blown away. I never get out of breath, nothing ever hurts, and I start to naturally perspire right away without straining ( which is when all the good things begin to happen on the inside, (like reduced inflammation).

The Benefits Affect Both The Mind And The Body

I tried jogging several times in the past, but gave it up within weeks. This slow jogging I will do for a lifetime. Like my new daily face soak in ice water, slow jogging is becoming a ritual and a routine. I have already had consistently better sleep, more optimism, greater endurance and a new sense of sass and vitality.

The Slow Way Gives You A Faster Path To Solutions

My long retired friends talk of low energy, back aches, knee replacements and a lack of motivation, in spite of the travel and cruises and rich gourmet meals in fine restaurants. I eagerly lace up my favorite new purchase — sneakers with the recommended thin flexible sole, and I head out to any number of places to explore.
